Enabling Sustainable Living on Outstations

Ingkerreke Outstations Resource Services was established in 1985 by the Traditional Owners of the land to the north of Alice Springs. The aim of Ingkerreke's founding members was to ensure that Aboriginal people were provided with support services enabling them to maintain a healthy and sustainable lifestyle on their outstations. Over 30 years later, Ingkerreke is proud to continue to deliver on our founders' vision. Today Ingkerreke focuses on this goal through the provision of Housing, Municipal and Essential Services to 42 outstations comprising more than 50 separate living areas across Central Australia.
